The terms that apply when using this website, reserving rental inventory or engaging us for decoration services.
1. Website & enquiries
Information on this website is provided to help customers browse rentals and request services. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve inventory or confirm decoration services.
2. Rental orders & availability
Rental items are subject to availability for the selected dates and quantities. An order is confirmed only when the required payment has been received and the order has been accepted.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the website currency and may exclude delivery, collection, setup, styling, labour or other service charges unless specifically included. Where part payment is offered, the remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline.
4. Cancellations & changes
Changes to dates, quantities or services are subject to availability. Cancellation or refund eligibility may vary according to the stage of the booking and costs already incurred.
5. Delivery, collection & access
Customers must provide accurate venue information, reasonable access and an authorised contact. Additional charges may apply where access, waiting time or venue restrictions differ from the agreed arrangements.
6. Damage, loss & misuse
The customer is responsible for loss or damage to rental items beyond normal wear while those items are in their care. Repair, cleaning or replacement charges may apply.
7. Decoration services
Decoration concepts, layouts and styling proposals may change where venue conditions, product availability or safety requirements make an adjustment necessary. Any material change will be discussed where reasonably possible.
8. Liability & contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Customers should contact us promptly with questions or concerns about an order or service.
